Navigate to your user profile by clicking on your user icon in the top right of your screen and selecting My Profile from the dropdown. Click on the User Settings tab and you will see your Role. You can then reference our Knowledge Base article on User Roles to determine which permissions you have.
If your account is using custom permissions, you will see a Permissions tab with a more detailed breakdown on the permissions associated with your user profile. You can find more info on that here in our Knowledge Base.
